Terms&Return Policy

1. All the items are CAREFULLY Checked before ship out, in order to assure there’s NO Flaws or Damages.
RETURN ACCEPTENCE:
* Item you Returned Have to be the SAME Exact Condition as We sent you (Has TAG, Accessories, Packaging & in GOOD condition)
* Must be Ship Back to us within 3 days After the Package Received
* Email us your Shipment Tracking Number for the item you Returned.
* Refund will be Provided as STORE CREDIT or REPLACEMENT ITEM (cannot be Less valued then previous)
* Shipping Fee for the Replacement item will be charge to you Before we ship out.

We WILL SENT BACK your RETURNED ITEM if The Condition DOESN’T MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS such as, DAMAGE or DIFFERENT (Not the Same as we Sent you), MISSING Details /Accessories (Tag, Dustbag, Leather Tag for certain items, Box, Plastic Cover, Long Strap, Brooch, Chains, etc)

2. PACKING and SHIPPING will be Proceed After We Receive CLEARED Payment.

3. The Stock of each items are very LIMITED (between Two to Four pieces per item) and As for items that has “WAITING LIST” availibility, it will takes 20 days for Shipping

5. The items which Lost during the shipping will become 100% responsibility of Shipping Company and we will help you to process the Re-Fund from them. But remember if they can provide the Proofs and Signature of the person who accept your package so it will not be their fault. **So kindly write down correctly your address and makesure the package will be received by person you Trusted.
